AI meeting prompt builder

Answer a few questions and get a prompt to paste into the AI assistant you already use — for a briefing, an agenda, an outreach email, or a follow-up.

Your prompt

You are helping me with a B2B meeting. Use only the details below. If something you need is missing, ask me before you guess, and do not invent facts about either company or the people involved. Details - My company: [add: who you are and what you sell] - Who I am meeting: [add: their company and the roles attending] - Kind of meeting: A meeting at a conference or trade show - Event: [add: the name of the event] - Length: 30 minutes - What they want to discuss: [add: what they asked to discuss] - What I want from the meeting: [add: the next step you hope to agree] What I need Write a briefing I can read in five minutes before the meeting. Include: a two-sentence summary of why this meeting matters to them; the three questions they are most likely to ask, with what I should have ready for each; five questions I should ask them; any sensitive topics to handle with care; and the next step I should aim to agree before the meeting ends. Style Plain and direct. Use short sentences and everyday words. Leave out filler and sales language.

Paste it into the AI assistant you use, and check the answer before you rely on it.

Copying the prompt sends what you entered here to the CallShark team, so we can see how the builder is used. Leave out anything confidential. Privacy Policy

How to use it

  1. 01

    Choose what you need

Pick a briefing, an agenda, an email asking for the meeting, or a follow-up, and the kind of meeting it is for.

  2. 02

    Add the details

Say who you are meeting and what they want to discuss. Leave a box empty and the prompt keeps a bracketed note for you to fill in later.

  3. 03

    Copy and paste

Copy the prompt into your AI assistant, read what it writes, and edit it before you use it.

Getting a useful answer

Use their words

Paste what the other person actually asked for. An assistant working from the real request writes something specific; working from a summary, it writes something generic.

Leave out what should stay private

Check your company's rules before putting customer names, pricing, or anything confidential into this page or an AI assistant. What you enter here is sent to us when you copy the prompt.

Ask for one thing at a time

A briefing, an agenda, and an email are different jobs. Build a separate prompt for each rather than asking for all three at once.

Treat the answer as a draft

AI assistants can state things that are not true. Check names, dates, and facts, and rewrite anything that does not sound like you.
