Roadmap

What we are building, and what comes next

None of this is available yet. Here is what we are building first and what we plan to build after it. Vote for the features you would use most — it tells us what matters to the teams we are building for.

Why we chose this order: Building CallShark: What We Are Focused on First

What we are building first

The scheduling engine comes before everything else, because every other feature depends on it being right.

  • Atomic booking

Person, room, and time reserved in one step. If any of the three is unavailable, the booking fails cleanly and offers alternatives.

  • Availability rules

Working hours per event day, daily meeting caps, buffers, and blocked time — set once as rules instead of enforced by hand.

  • Expertise-based routing

Attendees say what they want to discuss, and each request goes to the team member whose specialism, seniority, and language fit.

  • Event programmes

Dates, venue, rooms, attending experts, and meeting types in one place, with one queue for inbound requests and outbound targets.

  • Confirmations and reminders

A confirmation when a meeting is booked, reminders before it, and an immediate notice to everyone involved when anything changes.

Planned after the core

These come once the scheduling engine is solid. The order is not fixed yet — your votes help us set it.

  • Google Calendar integration

Read availability from Google Calendar and write confirmed meetings back, with the room and attendee details attached.

  • Outlook and Microsoft 365 integration

Keep Outlook as your team's calendar, and connect organisation-wide calendars and room resources.

  • Meeting analytics and event reports

Meetings booked, held, and cancelled, accounts met, topics raised, and expert and room utilisation — exportable after the event.

  • CRM integration

Send meeting records and outcomes to the system that holds your accounts and opportunities.

  • Approval workflows

Multi-stage sign-off for meetings that need it, such as executive briefings, for larger organisations.

  • Mobile apps

Check and update the meeting schedule from your phone while you are on the show floor.

Pick the features you would use most, then send your votes.
